all-you-can eat crab legs
  • There are 2 places in Athens. I called both of these to verify: Golden Dragon on Epps Bridge, crab legs on buffet for dinner every night, price$10.99-$11.99 (FYI, Golden Dragon on Alps Rd. does NOT have crab legs)
  • China Star in shopping center with Academy Sports, crab legs on buffet after 4pm every day, price $9.95 (there was a comment that China Star was a bit slow in replenishing the buffet line when the crab legs run out)
  • And, this was a great suggestion too: My family loves crab legs and there is nowhere around here to get them! We get together about every 3 months and have what we call crabfest. We get Publix or some other grocery store to steam 10 lbs of crab legs in Old Bay seasoning, spread out some newspaper, and go crazy eating them. The grocery store won't charge any extra for preparing them for you plus you'll get alot more for your money than you would somewhere else. You should definitely try it! Here are some other recommendations, but I didn't call to verify any of these:
  • Redd House in Jefferson
  • Waldens Fish house, off Hwy. 78 in downtown Loganville. 235 Main St Loganville, GA 30052 (770) 466-1836 http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-13573704R-waldens_fish_house-i
  • Paul's in Helen has them (on Fridays...I think). My parents go up all the time to eat them.
  • Duluth to eat at Joe's Crab Shack! Joe's Crab Shack, 1590 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth, GA 30096 (770) 381-6333
  • I've heard Knucklehead's on Macon Hwy on Tuesday nights.
