This is the info I received about single groups for those of us who are (hmmm) a bit more mature.
Since I've moved to Athens in December, I've been traveling to different counties, sometimes close but usually
about 1-2 hours away. This is where the mountains are in North Georgia… I belong to SOA( singles of Atlanta),
Sierra Club, Kayaking and Paddling, Outdoor Adventurers Club, and Outdoor Adventurers Club South. I just
came back from camping in Jekkyl Island, went kayaking in Simon Island, and hiking at Cumberland Island.
It was awesome.
This was with OACS (http://www.oacs-atlanta.com/members/11588166/?op=&memberId=11588166.
Just go online and put in each of the group names in the search engine and it should come up. Its easy to join
and get all the calenders.
